We had the most exceptional few days there. The staff was fantastic friendly, and the restaurant was nice clean! The breakfast had lots of options: bacon, pastries and scrambled eggs. We loved our room that was newly renovated and available with a great view, 2 balconies, a spa bath. Delightful hotel in Lugano, simply perfect location just walking distance from Life.

Spectacular location, extremely friendly staff, beds were perfect. Room was bright and decently priced. Large breakfast with bacon, pastries and scrambled eggs was provided. Irish bar and great pool.

We strongly recommend the hotel and staff. The wonderful view from the property on the lake. Moreover, the Wi Fi was available here.
